Our meticulous production process begins with loading the PCB, followed by precise solder paste application using an SDP machine. The solder paste condition is verified by an SPI machine, ensuring optimal quality before components are placed. Using our FUJI NXT III machine, we accurately position small electronic components for seamless integration.
To ensure top-notch reliability, we perform a pre-reflow inspection using a 3D Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) machine to confirm correct component placement. Additional components are mounted using FUJI XPF and FUJI XP243 machines. The PCBA then passes through a reflow oven, where solder paste is melted to secure flawless connections between components and the PCB.
Our final inspection employs a high-resolution 3D AOI system to detect any errors post-reflow. With advanced error prevention systems and precise machinery, ONETEC guarantees exceptional quality for all your EMS and PCB manufacturing needs.
